Allens have been Solicitors in Portsmouth since 1892 and in Southsea since 1919.
 
We do some commercial work but this is not the main focus of this firm. We pride ourselves in that we look after people's interests and specialise in care for the elderly.
 
We can and do look after individuals in every area of law which affects them, including civil (bringing and defending actions in local Courts) and matrimonial (divorce, including mediation, children and adoption).
 
We have a dedicated department for the buying, selling and remortgaging of property (conveyancing), elderly care (which includes Rest Home Contracts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Court of Protection work) and Wills, Trusts and administration of estates (probate).
 
We also handle tax advice and boundary disputes, to name just two of the other areas of our expertise.
